Open tiktok.com in Chrome and copy the post address from the address bar, or use the Share button beside the video and choose Copy link.

If you use the Android TikTok app from the Play Store instead, its Copy link writes to the same clipboard Chrome pastes from, so the two halves of ChromeOS need no bridge between them.
