Using savett.co means you accept these Terms of Service in full. If any part of them doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

What Savett Does

Savett is a browser-based tool for saving TikTok content that is already public. We are not a host: a single download streams through our server straight to you and no copy is kept. A bulk job or a live recording does write a file on our server so you can collect it: a live recording is deleted about an hour after it finishes, and a bulk ZIP is deleted after 24 hours.

Your Responsibilities

By using Savett, you agree to:

• Obtain necessary permissions before downloading content you don't own
• Respect intellectual property rights and copyright laws
• Not use the service for illegal activities or copyright infringement
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Not abuse, hack, disrupt, or overload our service infrastructure

Ownership & Trademarks

The Savett name, its original content, and its features belong to us and are protected under copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. TikTok®, its logo, and related marks belong to ByteDance Ltd.

No Warranty

Savett is offered 'as is' and 'as available,' with no warranties of any kind, stated or implied. We can't promise the service will run without interruption or errors, and we don't guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content you download.

Liability Limits

Within the limits allowed by law, Savett is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use, or inability to use, the service.

Links to Other Sites

Savett may link to third-party sites or services. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, their content, privacy practices, or policies.

Paid Features & Billing

Savett is free to use, and nothing on the site is behind a payment today. If a paid feature is ever introduced, payment would go through a secure third-party processor and these terms would be updated first.

Ending Access

We can suspend or end your access to Savett at any time, without advance notice, for any reason - including violating these terms.

Updates to These Terms

These terms can change at any time, effective as soon as they're posted. Keep using Savett after an update and you're accepting the new terms.
