SSSTik Alternative - Meet Savett
A TikTok video downloader with no advertising scripts, no account for single-link downloads and no watermark on the saved file.
Where SSSTik stops short
- ×Serves Google AdSense, and preconnects to the Google ad hosts before the page has even rendered
- ×Built around one URL at a time, so backing up a profile means pasting every link by hand
- ×No live-stream recording, profile statistics or hashtag tools
Savett does the same single-link download and adds audio extraction, photo slideshows, story and cover images, live-stream recording, bulk download of a public profile and the profile, counter and hashtag tools. It loads no advertising scripts, and the single-link tools need no account.
What you get with Savett
No advertising
No advertising scripts at all: the ad tags this codebase was forked with were deleted and nothing took their place
No account to download
Paste a URL and the download starts. An account exists only for the paid tiers
What is kept
No account for any single-link tool. The file streams through the server and is not written to disk; the only record kept is one anonymous row holding the TikTok link, title and author, with no IP address and no user ID attached
Resolution
The resolution TikTok itself returns for the clip, saved as MP4 without a re-encode and without a quality menu to get wrong
- MP4 without the TikTok watermark
- Audio track lifted out as its own file, with a note when the clip has no separate track to lift
- Photo slideshows saved frame by frame as JPG, with the sound alongside
- Story downloader and cover-image downloader
- Live-stream recording, with the chat burned into the video as an option
- Bulk download of a public profile, up to five profiles per visitor per day
- Profile viewer, follower and like counters, trending hashtags and a hashtag generator
- Interface in 19 languages, with right-to-left layout and an Arabic typeface for Arabic
What SSSTik does well, including where it beats Savett
- MP4, MP3 and photo posts all come off the same result page
- Twenty language versions, the widest coverage of any tool compared here
- Says outright in its FAQ that no TikTok account and no browser extension are needed
- Its FAQ is specific about limits, including that private accounts cannot be saved
Pricing recorded for SSSTik: Free, ad-supported. Neither tool is timed on this page, and no user, download or rating figures are published for either of them, so none are quoted.
