يعمل Savett كوسيط تقني لمحتوى منشور للعموم أصلًا على TikTok. عندما ترسل رابطًا، يقرأ خادمنا البيانات العامة للمنشور من TikTok ثم يجلب الملف من TikTok نيابةً عنك.

في التنزيل الفردي تمر البيانات عبر خادمنا وتُبثّ إلى متصفحك دون أن تُكتب على القرص. المهمة الجماعية وتسجيل البث المباشر مختلفان: فهما ينشئان ملفًا على خادمنا لتتمكن من جمعه، ويُحذف تسجيل البث المباشر بعد نحو ساعة من انتهائه، أما ملف ZIP الجماعي فيُحذف بعد 24 ساعة. لا نحتفظ بمكتبة محتوى ولا نفهرس شيئًا.

تخيّلها وكيلًا توجّهه إلى رابط واحد: نحن لا نختار محتوى أحد ولا ننشره ولا نروّج له ولا ننظّمه، ولا يمكن العثور عبر Savett على أي شيء ليس منشورًا للعموم أصلًا على TikTok.

لا ندير مكتبة محتوى ولا فهرسًا ولا أرشيفًا. التنزيل الفردي لا يترك شيئًا: يُبثّ الملف عبورًا ولا يُكتب على القرص أبدًا. السجل الوحيد هو سطر مجهول واحد لكل تنزيل يحمل رابط المنشور ومعرّفه وعنوانه وصاحبه، دون عنوان IP ودون حساب مرتبط.

تنشئ المهمة الجماعية ملف ZIP على خادمنا لتتمكن من جمعه، ويُحذف بعد 24 ساعة. ويُكتب تسجيل البث المباشر كملف ثم يُحذف بعد نحو ساعة من انتهائه، على أن يبقى سجل مهمته محتفظًا بعنوان IP الذي بدأها. هذه ملفات عمل أنشئت بناءً على طلبك، لا مجموعة منشورة: لا شيء منها يُفهرس أو يُدرج أو يُعرض على أي شخص آخر.

لا ننشئ نسخًا احتياطية ولا مرايا ولا أرشيفات لمحتوى TikTok. نقرأ الصفحة العامة لأي حساب فقط للرد على طلب قدّمته لذلك الحساب، ولا نحاول أبدًا الوصول إلى حسابات خاصة أو أي شيء خلف تسجيل الدخول.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We respond to valid DMCA notices and will cooperate with copyright holders to address legitimate concerns within the scope of our technical capabilities.

We comply with court orders, subpoenas, and other valid legal processes. We maintain logs of service usage for security and abuse prevention purposes, but these logs do not contain actual content data, only metadata about requests.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savett, its operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from their use of the service in violation of copyright laws or terms of service.
